Frelard Pizza Co.

Background:

Frelard Pizza Company is a high end, fast-casual concept owned by one of Seattle’s most prominent restaurateurs. With around a dozen restaurants (including another pizza location), the brand identity was well-established. While the most significant designs were completed before the restaurants opening, many day-to-day assets were lacking a cohesive visual aesthetic.  


Creative Services:

Graphic Design, Operations

Objectives: 

-Create assets for mundane, everyday occurrences while adhering to the brand’s aesthetic (i.e. signage for closed restrooms, holiday-hours announcements, wait list sheets, etc).

– Make adjustments to the menu to accommodate changes without sacrificing visual quality.

-Further staff knowledge by providing concise product information in a fast and easy-to-read format.

-Build templates of design assets that are simple enough for non-designers to make quick changes when necessary.
